Pitch rules & information for motorhome pitches at Lake Längsee

Our pitches in St. Georgen am Längsee offer a quiet, natural environment for guests who appreciate peace, nature and quality. The following site rules apply so that all guests can enjoy their stay.

1. Prihod and departure

Prihod from 1:00 p.m., departure by 11:00 a.m. Later departure only after consultation. If departure is delayed by more than 30 minutes and this disadvantages the next guest, an additional day may be charged. Pitch fees must be paid before departure.

2. Use of the site

Marked pitches are available for caravans, motorhomes and similar camping vehicles. Tents are only allowed by prior agreement. Please park within the marked areas. Charging electric vehicles is only permitted with approval at the designated place.

3. Quiet hours

Night quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

4. Cleanliness and order

Please leave your pitch clean. Separate waste using the designated bins. Open fire is only allowed in approved areas. Washing vehicles on the pitches is not permitted.

5. Dogs and pets

Dogs and other pets must be kept on a short leash throughout the site. Please remove pet waste immediately. The operator accepts no liability for free-roaming animals from the surrounding area.

6. Electricity and utilities

Use electricity connections carefully and only with suitable CEE plugs. Please use water sparingly. Grey water should be free of harsh chemicals. Chemical toilet cassettes may only be emptied at the designated disposal station.

7. Vehicles and traffic

Walking speed applies throughout the site. Arriving on the pitch between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. is not permitted. Late arrivals must use the emergency parking areas outside the site.

8. Safety

Instructions from the operator must be followed. Fire extinguishers are mandatory in vehicles. Open fire and grilling are only allowed in compliance with safety rules. Ne liability is accepted for theft, damage or break-ins.

9. Winter service and use of the site

Winter service is limited. Parts of the site may temporarily be needed for agricultural purposes. Use of all areas is at your own risk.

10. Reservation and booking

Once you receive a booking confirmation, the reservation is binding. Deposits must be paid on time. Cancellation conditions and price regulations apply according to the operator’s rules and current price list.

11. Contractual relationship

At the end of the stay, the guest must leave the pitch in proper condition and remove all vehicles and equipment. If items are not removed, the operator may do so at the guest’s expense.

12. Liability

Use of the pitch and all leisure facilities is at your own risk. Entry to barns, farm buildings and the operator’s private residence is prohibited. Ne liability is accepted for loss or theft.

13. General

Respect for other guests and for nature has top priority. In the event of serious violations, the operator may impose a site ban. Austrian law applies.
