Pitch rules & information for motorhome pitches at Lake Längsee
Our pitches in St. Georgen am Längsee offer a quiet, nature-oriented environment for guests who appreciate peace, nature and quality. The following rules apply so that all guests can enjoy their stay.
1. Arrival and departure
Arrival from 1:00 p.m., departure by 11:00 a.m. Later departure only by prior arrangement. If departure is delayed by more than 30 minutes and this disadvantages the next guest, an additional day may be charged.
2. Site use
Marked pitches are available for caravans, motorhomes and similar camping vehicles. Tents are only allowed by prior arrangement.
3. Quiet hours
Night-time quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum during this period.
4. Cleanliness & order
Please leave your pitch clean. Separate waste using the designated bins.
5. Dogs & pets
Dogs and other pets must be kept on a short leash throughout the site. Please remove pet waste immediately.
6. Electricity & utilities
Please use electricity connections carefully and only with suitable CEE plugs. Use water sparingly.
7. Vehicles & traffic
Walking speed applies throughout the site. Arriving on the pitch between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. is not permitted.
8. Safety
Instructions from the operator must be followed. Fire extinguishers are mandatory in vehicles.
9. Winter service & site use
Winter service is limited. Parts of the site may temporarily be needed for agricultural purposes.
10. Reservation & booking
Once you receive a booking confirmation, the reservation is binding. Deposits must be paid on time.
11. Contractual relationship
At the end of the stay, the guest must leave the pitch in proper condition and remove all vehicles and equipment.
12. Liability
Use of the pitch and all leisure facilities is at your own risk. Entry to barns, farm buildings and the operator’s private residence is prohibited.
13. General
Respect for other guests and for nature has top priority. In the event of serious violations, the operator may impose a site ban. Austrian law applies.
